Why?

Newegg is just being dumb, obviously if you want to buy one go with the cheaper one (oddly enough it's the retail and it comes with a free flash stick)
 
They do that because more people are buying the OEM version and depleting their stock. They lowered the Retail version so more people would buy that instead.
 
Interesting that the boxed version DOESNT have the "Enhanced SP2 Antivirus Protection" sticky thing which makes me suspect that newegg has 'accidnetally' got the OPN code wrong since AW revision processors should have that sticker for the most part. Of course this is a really minor technicality....
