Wierd Humming/Buzzing Noises

So I recently built my first computer (3 Pronged Power Cord) consisting of the Intel I7-2600K Processor, the 570GTX Nvidia, an Asus P8Z68-V PRO motherboard, a HT-Omega Claro Plus Sound Card, an ABS Majesty series MJ1100-M 1100W Power supply (Gold Standard) all encompassed in a HAF 932 case. Now I have this computer hooked up to an AV Receiver (Marantz SR7005, 2 pronged power cord) via HDMI and Optical and Coaxial is possible which is hooked up to a JVC Projector (RS60).

As I boot up my computer and it comes to my desktop there is a constant humming noise and buzz at all times. I have noticed that things like opening my computer change the noise for a few seconds and that scrolling with my mouse also alters the noise. So far I have tried taking out my sound card out, different hdmi cables as well as audio cables, moving my video card to another slot, plugging my receiver and comp into the same outlet on the wall and none of this has fixed the issue at hand. The only change that has happened is that my computer and receiver were originally hooked up to a power surge box , but it still emitted the same noises. Now I have my computer hooked up directly to the wall and the humming and buzzing is quieter than before but it can still be heard.

At this point I am considering three things that may be the cause of this: My video card may be damaged (anytime an hdmi cable touches the video card anywhere, it doesn't even need to be plugged in the same noise is emitted through the speakers. There is some sort of ground loop problem(not really sure what this really means), or simply my power supply is faulty. I cannot think of any other reason that this is happening. But I am not nearly as experienced as you guys on these forums, so I come to you guys in need. Thank you spending time out of your day's to read this because it is quite lengthy (sorry).

k, well toucking the audio cables to the case always makes noise, static and some power that come off the psu on other stuff will do this, but you might want to move the computer to a different spot, as in ontop of something that will provide a better grounding for the case, otherwise try to plug an ipod into the other end of the audio cable as it may be your speaker, this will tell you that, and otherwise tell us and we'll see if there's anything else to do.

Well I touched the video card with the hdmi cable (Not audio cable) and the noise still is emitted. I have also tried to raise the comp up on a box, and I have noticed no change. I tried moving it to a different corner in the room, about 10 feet away and there was no change. Is it possible that the video card is damaged, because the audio works through the hdmi but all of the NVIDIA High Defintion Audio drivers are disabled so thats why this noise is being emitted?

didn't you say you have a sound card? and hdmi audio is supposed to suck and have problems, but did you do what i said about the ipod or something so you know it isn't the speakers themself

Well the audio is through the Optical output on the sound card so it should not be putting out any HDMI audio because its disabled. And it is not the speakers themselves, I have plugged in my directv reciever and there is no humming or buzzing, and Ive even tried my laptop and PS3 and still no humming. I am pretty sure it is in the computer, I also just tried a dvi (comp) to hdmi (reciever) cable to see if the problem was still there or in the HDMI and still the noise is there.

I don't know the cause of this, but never touch any part inside a computer while its running. You could short out the entire thing.

It was on the outside metal plate of the video card where the hdmi and dvi outputs are, anywhere they are touched an hdmi cable touching a dvi output or any metal on the back of the video card and that noise immediately occurs.
