Wierd issue

Cpu: i7-4770k
Gpu: EVGA GTX 670 ftw signature 2
Memory: Kingston hyperx 8x2 1600mhz
Mobo: asus z87-a
HDD: Toshiba 1tb
ssd: sandisk extreme

I'm have an odd issue that after i power down my system either my keyboard or mouses' LED's stay on. I either turn the PSU off at the switch or unplug the peripheral to fix this issue. I have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 edition
and a Tt eSPORTS BLACK ELEMENT Mouse. Hope you guys can help

Does it happen with all USB ports or just some of them?

Its your bios. Your PSU doesn't support new intel hibernation technology. Simply turn it off at the wall.

It also could be similar as to Gigabytes on/off charge. There is power to the usb ports so that you can charge your phone or ipod or similar. Should be a bios setting to turn that feature off.
