Wierd Outlook 2010 Problem

Can't figure out how to remedy this. On the home screen the left pane lists all email accounts that have been set up. By each email address there is an arrow which, when clicked, will collapse the list of folders within that account.
If you click on the account name next to this arrow, i.e. [email protected], there are actually emails that have come in listed there, that should have gone into that account's Inbox. I've never actually clicked on that, so I was unaware that some emails had come in there.
Anyone know how to remedy this?
Thanks!

That would be my first thought. Do you see any pattern to the mails that are showing up there?

Well yes, now that you mention it. They are emails that are coming from a website server and should be going into a different account's Inbox. Weirdest thing is that they are not even going into this account's Inbox, but rather whatever the place is you end up when clicking on the account name.
Btw, thanks for your responses.

I would start with the rule(s) for those messages then. It's possible one of them was redirecting to a folder that was moved or something and that's what's casuing it to goof up.
