wierd problem

I have 2 computers both are XP Pro. one of them is NOT showing most of the folders on c: drive.

it does NOT show the program folder or the Windows folder.

folder setup is the SAME on both computers.

anybody know where the problem may be??

the computer seems to be working ok but there has to be something wrong.
 
ah, there is most likely a registry error with the NoFolderOptions flag

open regedit
go to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pol icies\Explorer
change the variable NoFolderOptions to a 0
