wierd psu smell

ok i have a 750W power supply powering core 2~3.0ghz and a 8800gtx. the power supply emmits this wied smell that gives me a headache,sore throat,and a lil dizzyness(when the doors closed) evertime i'm in the room. ive noticed this on alot of other computers also. my friends is a 450w and its smell is insane. does anyone know if this smell is bad for you or toxic in any way?

no, even my families old computer did it and it was a stock dell psu. ive looked up this problem on google and theres allot of mixed comments and it seems to happen on macs more and also some peoples computers have the smell but they dont smell or realize it so it might just be a sensitive nose thing. but knowones given me a straight up answere on if its bad or not.
 
I doubt it's anything remotely serious. It's just that you should look for a job in your local police station :D
 
fried cockroaches..... or a ps that's about to fail.

all my previous ps (antecs) had no smell and were used as long as 5 years
 
Get insents (really don't know how to spell it) they smell good sometimes, and they make me feel like a hippie when i bask in the smoke
