Will 450W be enough for this build ?

There will be probably be a few years passing (I get a new comp every 4 or 5 years) before I upgrade anything, go Crossfire (not much of a gamer) or get into O/C so do you think it's better to buy a new PSU by the time or go with 550 W now ? I've no idea how long these things can last...

I'd go with the 550w now, they're not a whole lot more money than a 450w and if it is a quality brand it should last you through a couple builds.

Just make sure you get one that is a good brand name!

Whats the budget?

Have you looked into what is available from OCZ,They do fantastic 600-700W power supplies and good prices.

I'd go with the 550W since it's only a little bit more, and your processor is quite a power hog. It's best to go a little high on the PSU and not use all the power it provides, than to shortchange it and slowly kill all your much more expensive nicer components.

Tho according to eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Lite v2.5 I barely need a 350 W PSU. I've no idea how reliable the calculator is but isn't 450 W safe enough ?

You've got to remember that for most PSU an 80% load is the most efficient, and you don't want to have the computer over that for more than short periods of time. The processor you chose alone can take up to a maximum of 125W. Also, just because the computer turns on, doesn't mean that you aren't underpowering your devices and slowly, severely damaging them. And, you have to take in to account that over time the PSU will become less and less efficient. Ultimately, it's best to go at least one level higher than what you "need" for several different reasons. And, it'll only cost you about $10 or $20 more, or at least it should.
