Will any case fit any motherboard?

Im looking to transfer all of one cases contents (hardware) to a brand new case, will the motherboard fit the case, as in line up with the screw holes?

im looking at something like this case: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/124931/show_product_reviews#
and a motherboard which is an Asus a7n266vx (but i doubt youll find it on the internet its pretty old)

Any motherboard that is ATX or micro ATX will fit that case. Just don't buy a micro ATX case and expect an ATX motherboard to fit it.

Unless you have a proprietary motherboard which requires a proprietary case, you should be able to purchase ATX case and transfer ATX motherboard into it. If you purchase a Micro ATX case as was mentioned, ATX motherboard is bigger and will not fit.
