Video card out of stock everywhere. Get your video card first if you go AMD route. AMD don't have onboard video.

Intel route is non oc option

My PC is very similar to that first list. I dont have a 1080 though. I have a 960 and have not had any issues playing BF4 on high graphics and also recording gameplay. (also use dual monitors) Definitely use SSD's at least one for your OS if that's all you can afford. Good luck!
