if i change the cpu and memory?
i've already upgraded the graphics card from a 3870.

i'm building a new pc and want to use the cpu and memory from my current system, so i bought other parts to put in instead.

will reactivating be a hassle?

if not allowed, can i take the key and use it for the new system? it would be like replacing a mobo instead (with current cpu/memory).

I've had it happen even with changes as simple as a graphics card. The key allows you to install it x number of times. When you exceed that, you will need to go through telephone activation which is a hassle but quite doable. Take care.

I've never had to reactivate after a component change, and I've replaced everything in that machine except the board.
