Will I bottleneck either my 7850 and Phenom II 955 at 3.2gHz

I wouldn't think. The 7850 isn't some crazy GPU, so no.

The hd7850 is already called one of the top gaming gpu's, it's better then hd6950 btw.
Maybe you'll get some frames more if you had a somewhat better cpu, but it'll be ok. The phenom series are still medium for gaming.
