Will I have any problems with this?

I want to completely swap everything from one ATX case over to another...Can I run into any problems with the new case being recognized by my motherboard or anything like that? Or is there a chance I will have to format?

Computer cases don't have anything to do with hardware functionality. The parts only connect to a computer case for lights, power and reset buttons, and some audio and usb ports.

The main concerns when switching to a new case are whether your parts will all fit in there, and whether you will have a good amount of air moving through it to cool your computer.

Exactly. i tried moving my MICRO ATX motherboard and all its stuff to an ATX case and it barely reached the connectors, but if it is ATX to ATX you should be fine.
