Will I have to uninstall the onboard graphics driver if I put in my graphics card.

Recently my graphics card failed. I had to ship it back to the company for replacement. The new graphics card arrives today. Since I have taken out the graphics card, I had to use the onboard graphics. Windows update automatically detected the onboard graphics chipset and installed the driver for it. Will I have to uninstall the onboard graphics driver if I put the new graphics card in. I would think you wouldn't have to, since the onbard graphics would no longer be in use.

onboard graphics chipset: Intel HD Graphics 4600
video card: AMD Radeon R9 290x

I would uninstall it to save any problems and check your bios, there should be a setting to disable onboard graphics completely.
