Hey down below is my system specs, if I add another 4GB DDR3 (to make 8GB) will it increase frames in crysis? Because my graphics card is reasonable and I only get 25fps on highest settings in crysis and a bit of lag :( please help guys

More RAM will not give better frames, but like a faster hard drive, it will decrease stuttering due to lack of memory or having to use the swap file.

No it will not, not for Crysis, there is no part of that game that will use even close to 4GB so even suggesting increasing RAM will improve performance is wrong.

What you said is a generalisation and a correct one, but in this instance it will not make the slightest bit of difference

More RAM will not aid in the slightest.
You need a better GPU to run that game maxed out. A 6970+ or GTX570+ will be fine.
