Hello, i have currently ASRock Socket AM3 N68-GS3 UCC Motherboard

and i wanna buy new GeForce GT430 1gb
This one
but will it fit? (My current one is GeForce 9400 GT DDR2
Aslong as i know, it wont fit, could some expert help?

I was looking around the prices a little
Will this fit?

You chose Socket AM3. What processor did you choose? I would look at a Phenom II 960T Quad-Core if you haven't bought a processor yet.

If I were you I would look at a different motherboard. It doesn't have much room for upgrades.
 
Since you currently have that MoBo already, and I'm guessing you don't have that much to spend since you got a relatively low-end video card, there's not much else you can do. But once again, it will fit, so you're good to go.
 
You can always upgrade your processor later to a Phenom II Quad-Core with that motherboard. I can attest to how good they are. My Phenom II 945 is great.
 
GDDR5 would be the most recent type of video RAM. In layman's terms, it's better. Low-end cards still have DDR3, but for the price, it's the best you can get.
