Will it handle this?

Hey guys, I'm busy on my new build now, the GPU I'm getting is a HiS HD 5870 and the screen is a Samsung P2450. (Before I go any further, is HiS a good reliable brand to buy from?)

I was wondering, the Specs of the screen are quite high (Posted below) so will the GPU be able to hand games on full detail at such a high resolution? I want to max them all with good frame rates, but I'm worried that card will struggle at the resolution.

HIS is a good brand. And the 5870 will max out games no problem at 1080p.
