I don't see any reason it wouldn't run. If you can't find drivers from Biostar's website, just look around for chipset manufacturers (it's probably nVidia's nforce4) Though even if they don't have Windows 7 drivers, I feel certain basic pre-loaded ones would work fine.
If you're really worried, I could try running it on my old Athlon X2 (old 939/nforce4 board). I'm thinking I had loaded it on there a little while ago, but it's hard to recall since it was never "for good", just doing tests and such.
Huh... I had 7 on a Turion laptop (actually that one I just sold) and honestly it did pretty poorly in my opinion. Though I also felt the beta copy I had on my old Dell was more stable than the recent copies I've tried
