will motherboard fit power supply

I was wondering if someone could tell me if this Intel Motherboard 955X Express chipset BTX ( BOXD955XCSLKR )
will work with this Thermaltake W0070RUC TR2 Series 430W Power Supply, also I read on a review that someone used a 500 watt power supply and it shorted out. if not what will it work with?

Yes that power supply will work, the person with a 500w prolly was running a cheap power supply that shorted out, not the mobo.
