Will my 2nd Raid drive disappear when reinstalling XP?

I currently have 4 HDDs in my comp. 2x IDE and 2x SATA, each are raided together. However, my PC is driving me crazy and feel its time to format the primary (SATA array) and do a fresh re-install. However, when i reinstall will my my secondary IDE RAID array originally setup in Win XP remain intact?? Or will i loose everything:confused:
 
how is your raid set up? 2x RAID 0, or is it RAID 0 + 1?

Use the utilityin your RAID card bios to set up the RAID. As long as you just rebuild the SATA RAID the IDE one should be untouched.
