I'm trying to make a gaming computer that I won't have to upgrade for years. I wont play any real modern games (other than the three that come with the GPU) because my friends don't have gaming pcs. I found a build on a thread somewhere else. I just wanted to make sure it would be capable, and that I'm not wasting money where I could get a lot more performance for a little more money. Already bought GTX 770.

PS. This is kind of a hybrid christmas present. My parents are putting $800ish in. I have another $1000 in, but I don't really want to tap into that if I don't have too. Prob gonna get an SSD in the near future.
I just want to know that this will work and perform well.
TL;DR : Already have a GTX 770. Will this build perform well? Are there any performance upgrades I can get for a little extra money? Is an i7 worth the extra money? Thanks.
