Will my computer blow? Need quick help.

Is "Nvidia Monitor" in "nTune" accurate with ram speed? According to it, I'm far in the red zone. I've overclocked my processor, but have also set a divider for the ram so it only runs at 208mhz. CPU-z says that it is running at 208mhz, so is ntune inaccurate?

PS: I need an answer quick so I don't fry my computer. Thanks.
 
ntune seems to be ignoring the divider and multiplying the fsb by 2.

So if my fsb is 230, and my ram's divider of 9/10 makes the ram run at 207mhz, ntune will display the memory speed at 460mhz.
