Will My Laptop Run Rome Total War?

Hello Im new here, anyways im curoius as to weather my laptop will run this game, Rome Total War, I have a Compaq Presario CQ62-209 WM Laptop with an AMD Athlon II Dual Core P-320 Processor, Windows 7 premium 64 Bit Edition

I know nothing hardly when it comes to PC gaming, im looking to buy this game as i will be having downtime from surgery and plenty of time on my hands and everyone says this game is awesome with alot of gameplay.. Anyways any help will be much appreciated Thanks
