Will My Power Supply Be Able to Handle this Video Card?

I have an OKIA-450ATX, 450 Watt Power Supply. I am likely going to buy the video card listed below. My system specifications are as follows:

Motherboard: Foxconn 6100K8MA-RS (Winfast C51MCP51) FAB1.0 SOCKET 939
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 4000+ (2.41 Gigahertz)
Random Access Memory: 2 gigabytes PC-3200 Super Talent (runs at PC-2700 speeds)
Hard Drives: 74.5 gigabyte Western Digital WD800, 7.9 gigabyte Fujitsu MPD3084AT
Optical Drive: Sony CD-ROM CDU5221
80 millimeter Sunon 12 Volt, case fan

Will my current power supply be able to handle the below video card.

I had that power supply once, it struggled with my rig

AMD Sempron 2800, 768MB RAM, Nvidia 5700VE AGP, 80GB HDD, Windows XP (oh those were the times)
 
Mine was fine for about a year, then it packed in when we moved house. It should have no problem running your specs, I think I had a defective one.

If this power supply dies, I hope it dies before June 2008 because that is when my warranty on it ends. Hopefully it's good quality and does not die at all.
