Will my PSU be alright for this upgrade?

PSU is a Thermaltake Purepower 480W from my old build.

Thinking of upgrading to the following:
CPU: Athlon II X4 635 2.9GHz
RAM: 2x2GB OCZ DDR3 1333MHz
GPU:ATi 4650 1GB
HDD: WD 1TB SATA II

and some (non crossfire) MOBO i've not yet decided on. Almost definately wont be OC'ing. So will the PSU be up to it?

With those items you have listed ive added a mid range m/b with 2x pci slots and 4 usb hubs plus fans and i reckon the min you need is 450w, so yours should run it,
However i would recommend you get a 600w upwards because the psu you have at mo will be understain most of the time and would fail quicker than a newer,better one and be sure to get a psu from a reliable company like corsair, antec or the newer seasonic
