Will my XP self destruct?

About a month ago I bought an "as is" computer at a yard sale. A week later the motherboard(I guess) started acting up so I took the hdd with xp on it and transfered it to another computer. I also transfered the memory and the cdrw drive. It is now all running fine. Question is is xp not going to like being with another motherboard and lock me out at some point in the near future because of the Microsoft copy protection thing?

it shouldnt affect it. If not you can call microsft and explain to them what happened. As long as it wasnt an OEM copy thell give u another key code to override it.

Do you get a message in the task bar saying you need to register windows? If so then it will if you dont register.
