Ok, i just put together my first build and when i turn i plug it in the LED's flash and then turn off....Is my PSU DOA? or did i hook it up wrong please help!

1. Is the PSU switched on? I did this once

2. Is everything plugged in correctly, double check

3. Go through and make sure everything is fastened down, the memory is in correctly, the CPU is in correctly, your GPU is in correctly

Ok, i tried again...The blue LED fans turn on for a second than turn off once again...Is there a ceratin way u must connect all the peripheral connectors? I just dont what i did wrong, if the lights turn on than the PSU has to work...And the mainboard might be it..Can anything be touching the Mainboard? But than y wuld the lights turn on and off? Thanks!

Yes the PSU is turned on...Please help wuickly im stressing out!

It is important that the motherboard isn't touching the backplate apart from places where there will be no electrical contact. It really does sound to me as if the power supply is cutting out deliberately to prevent fried components.

Try unplugging all but the very basics, i.e. cpu, ram, graphics card, power supply. Even with no hard drives connected, you will still be able to enter the bios, if it starts at all.

Have you checked to make sure that your RAM are in the right slots? Are you getting any verbal messages from the mobo? Asus usually has that on their boards.

And don't forget the 4 pin ATX12V connector, it's a common mistake that can easily cause this problem.
