i'd change the heatsink to this , cools about as good and costs alot less.

and because you're going to be doing some video editing i'd take a faster graphics card like this

Also do you need the extra sound card? and do you need such a expensive mobo + expensive memory? ddr2 performs about the same and costs about the half.

I don't really think that ddr3 is worth the money right now. Also, with all those parts, your graphics card seems to fall short. Everything higher end stuff except the GPU. Not sure what to would be better as I'm not familiar with NVIDIA.

That GPU selection doesn't fit with the other quality parts. At the very least, get yourself a single 9800 GTX or an ATI 4850 (preferably GTX 2xx or ATI 4870).

i could not disagree more.

the 9500 is ten times better than the freezer 7 pro. i have had both, and there is no comparison. i would get a cheaper PSU and motherboard, and use the money to buy a better graphics card. also, like was previously said, DDR3 is not worth the money right now. get 4gb of some quality 800mhz ram and you will be set.

thanks for all the help. i switched to a cheaper psu and motherboard, dropped to the DDR2, and upgraded the video card. i really appreciate everybody's input. thanks again!!

Agree, why the mega expensive gaming motherboard and RAM but low power GPUs. At least a 9800 Series card. Preferably 9800GTX+. should be good. 4 gig of ddr2 800 should do you fine.
