First off i would like to say, Hello
My name is ronald patton i just became a member here yesterday (june 18 2007).
my question regards to my computer. At my High-School there was this program called Dell Tecknow. Students were selected by there teachers to participate in this course and at the end of the school year the students who successfully completed the course recieved computers.
i recieved a Dell Gx150 Optiplex.
this brings me to my question or more or less serious questions
.
i want to know how to upgrade the computer. during the dell tecknow course we skimmed over the area of upgrading because the majority of the kids in the class were poor so there was really no need for them to upgrade you know. well i want to know how to upgrade my things i want to have a better proccesor, graphics card, better hard drive, more memory, and whatever else there is. i know the difference between AMD and Intel our the amount of gaming and stuff i probally would use Intel only because i do game alot but i also multitask alot whether it be on AIM and the internet or playing Microsoft Flight Simulator X. i want the graphics to be so good that i can put the realism settings on Flight SImulator X to the highest it can go without making the computer slower. if anyone plays flight simulator they know what im talking about. also the computer came with Windows Xp Proffesional so of course i want to upgrade to at least Vista Home Premium. so keep that in mind.
