Will the mobo built-in sound card works with a creative sound card?

Guys, I have an issue.

I'm currently using Creative Soundblaster ZS, now, it works fine, but the problem is I cannot plug my headset into the back as the speaker has occupied all the space. Then I plug it into my mobo's speaker plug, but doesn't work at all. Are there any solution?

generally you can run one or the other, as running both would set off a resource conflict. That's why the onboard card has been deactivated in the bios. You can try to reactivate it and see what happens. Just restart and go into the bios setup. It will be an option in there.

If you get a blue screen or the sound doesn't work at all then you will have to go back and deactivate it again
