First of all... No these won't work together...
You got DDR RAM and your motherboard supports DDR2 only.
Second of all, Just tell me your budget and what are you gonna use the PC for so I can pick some good parts for you.

What you talking about? Those all go together. Although the power supply may be a bit weak........

Other suggestions
1. Get the 7600 GT it is a much better card.
2. I would get a different power supply, XClio 450 BL(close to that name)
3. For ram get the DDR2 667 or 800 variant of the XMS series

RAM: OCZ 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2P8001GK - Retail
Or G.SKILL 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5D-1GBNQ - Retail

GPU: Foxconn FV-N76TM2D2 GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail
Cheapest 7600GT, though it is not my favourite brand.

M/B: GIGABYTE GA-M61PM-S2 Socket AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
I prefer this than the one you choose, coz 4x RAM slot & SATA run at 3GB/s.

PSU: XClio 450BL ATX 450W Power Supply - Retail
Same as Froboy7391 99 opinion

By the way if you just use the PC for normal surfing the web/ checking the email.
You could use onboard display and spend the money on a better CPU.

It's no wonder they're getting rid of the Coolmax with a bundle deal - it only has an old 20pin ATX main connector, and reasonably weak single +12V rail. Even when you take off the $15 saving, there are still better PSUs for the money.

Get the XClio that everyone's suggesting, it's a very good unit for your system.
