Will these work together? budget gaming computer

I'm building a friend a budget gaming computer he gave me a limit of $500 but im just going to spot him the extra 50. off of his old computer im going to pull the old hard drives and cd drive he has 2, 7200rpm 320GB 3Gb/s Seagate Barracuda HHD's but this is the rest of it i just need to know will they all work togeather and what do yall think of the build the only thing im a little iffy on is the Psu any ways here is what i have.... also i already have a copy of window's 7 64bit ultimate we will be putting on it

just did some more digging around and got the price down and the Gpu just got bought out so what do yall think of these i got the bigger Psu went to the 650w from the 50w0 changed the Gpu to another radeon 6770 went with the 4Gb 1333 ddr3 ram and changed to a case with better air flow here is the new build let me know what you guys think i need to know soon so i can pull the tirgger and get this thing before more parts are sold out :(

awesome that dropped the cost down to 485 and i dont know how i couldn't find the 1600mhz ram earlier but i found it lol thanks guys :D you dont think the NZXT case will get to warm?

It will be fine. I have the NZXT M59 (basically the same) with one fan in the front one in the side and one in the back. I don't have any problems with heat.
 
dang it they are sold out boo i really wish it had more fans i feel like 1 120mm fan wont be enough but i trust you guys i know some about computer but not as much as most of yall..
but other then torrents and a few small games off of of steam and SWTOR that all he wants to play on this and watch netflix so i have to monitor it for a while and make sure its not getting to warm
 
He will be fine. As is he will not be overheating. I have a lot of hardware that dumps hot air into the case. That is why I need the extra fans. The gpu will be giving off the most heat for that system and it will be exhausting most of it out the back. You will not have any overheating problems with that system.
