Firstly I am looking only for a super fast PC with great processing power. Dont need much RAM or fancy video.

Can I use the onboard video with this setup? Will it work? Are there any better or cheaper alternitives?

What do you mean by "will it work"? The 785 chipset has a great on-board video card, but don't forget; if you have a ferrari, you should put ferrari tires underneath ;)
 
Not going to use it for anything that I am doing myself. Only need to be able to read text on the screen. It's going to be set up to run an auto script. Just needs to be super fast.

Just wondering if all those parts will work together or if I picked something that won't be compatible. Or maybe I missed a key ingredient?

Everything is compatible, but the 1090T uses dual channel RAM, so get a 2 x 2GB kit
