Hi everyone,
This is my first post on this site and I want to know your opinions on this desktop I have laid out.
I've been just recently getting more and more interested in computer gaming and my laptop will not suffice. So I've hunted around some custom PC builders sites and got some ideas on what I need but by no means am I sure. My budget is only around $700 for the actual computer alone with no peripherals. I will only be using it for FPS' like COD and some RPGs like New Vegas. The only other use I will have of it will be surfing the web and school work. It seems like the only way I can get what I want within my budget is to build it myself. Let me make this clear, I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER WITH THE INTERNALS OF A PC. Do you think it's possible to correctly build a PC with just some studying over the internet?
If so, here's what I have collected so far:

Thanks in advance.
EDIT: So this is the new Setup I've built thanks to Linkin for helping me.
I'm still not sure if all this will work as I've tweaked some things without a competent persons help so feel free to criticize the shit out of it.
