will this card bottleneck my system??

alright, i know i've been posting a lot on here, but i need to know one more thing because im really confused at the moment. first of all, i posted on here to figure out what video card i could upgrade to. i got 3 answers: a gtx 570, a radeon hd 6970, and a radeon hd 6950. now, i was planning on getting a gtx 570, but after looking around on the internet, im not too sure anymore. i think my system would botteneck a 570. can you please look at ALL my system specs, because i've had some people say i would have a bottleneck, and others say i would be fine and i dont want to go out and buy a $360 dollar card just to find out it wont work. i'll post links to all the parts in my system. they're newegg links so all the specs for each part are on there. first of all, here's the gtx 570 i was planning on buying

alright, thank you. im still a little worried about my CPU though. it seems a little old, and the other people that said i would have a bottleneck said it was my CPU. either way, i'll probably be fine. most people said i would be, lol. i could never be too careful. i know my motherboard doesn't support SLI but i wanted to also run my gtx 460 for a physx card and i dont know how to do that, but i'll cross that bridge when i get to it :D
