P.S. This is an old card I had lying around and I'm selling on an Auction website, one of the bidders asked the questions, so I came here looking for the answer =)

Yes, it works. I installed Home Premium on my parents computer, which has a 128mb Geforce FX5200. Aero works and everything, though some of the effects aren't 100% smooth(mainly full screen windows)
