Will this computer run well?

If I'm reading that right, total cost is over $2000 and you are wanting a 900 watt power supply? Unless you plan on running SLI then you don't need a 900 watt psu, 500-600 watt psu would be fine. And I think 2000 is way overpriced.

As above, $2000 is super ridiculous for that build.

Also, since the 6700K is a 'free upgrade' over the non-K, you might as well get the overclockable version.

Here is a price breakdown from pcpartpicker for your parts except for the keyboard as it wasn't listed. I also picked just a generic sub $60 case just to give a price comparison. Do you really need a $300 motherboard? Most likely not.

Want to build it yourself? Get better bang for your buck that way. We can help you do it, pretty simple.

$2700 max, I want something that can run really high end games at like medium-graphics with stable 60 fps

My computer costs probably $800 or so and can run most games maxed out at 1440p at 60 FPS. I get 45-60 FPS on Witcher 3 at max. If you spent half what you're talking about you'd be able to get a great machine.

Building is easy. Particularly if you follow my handy guide. :)

That build you linked is disgustingly overpriced.

Yea I can build it myself, or buy a pre made one, which ever is better and I can get more for my money.

I want to spend $2300-$2400 on a computer. I've come to terms with it as weird as it sounds, so I want to know what's the best possible set up I can buy with that? Cause I can buy stuff that will run what's out now, but I want to be able to run what's coming out 3-5-10 years from now!

Build yourself! ..

Nobody wants to spend 2300-2400 on a PC, you dont need to spend even close to that amount.

3-5 years maybe, but 10 years out is unrealistic given the market and how things become outdated..etc

What kind of timeframe are you looking at? The next gen GPUs are coming out pretty soon that should be noticeably faster than previous models.

Planetside 2 isn't very demanding so your good there and you'll be good with the Battlefield/Callofduty/Blackops series games as well.

Well, they should be releasing the new ones in the second half of this year, but no definite release date yet.

Should I wait till then or just go with the one you picked out on the website? Do you think it will be that big of a difference to make the difference of price and waiting worth it?
