Will this computer work?

Horrible. Did you bid? If it's under $50, that's good. Any higher it's not worth it because:

1) It's a Dell

2) Dell's use BTX

3) Dell's PSU's suck and are not interchangeable with standard ATX PSUs.
 
Agree, don't buy it, first of all celeron sucks for gaming, dell, not going to be able to upgrade as freely... nuff said.

So to actually answer your question, yes. I would say it will play Warcraft. The video settings will be very low, you may experience problems entering cities. A guy I work with uses a PIII 933 to play Wow.

But i just looked again and it's integrated Video, This PC will not play wow without a PCI (I doubt it's AGP) Video card installed.

Tell your buddy to check Craigslist for any local PCs floating around, just post up the specs and price so he doesn't get ripped off.
