Will this cpu cooler fit in my case?

That cooler is 155mm tall and your case is 170mm wide. That leaves you 1.5cm clearance minus the height your motherboard is raised. I would say that it wouldn't fit.

I been looking all over to find a quiet cooler for socket AM2 but can't seems to find one that is as quite as the Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm.

Anybody know if there is a good quiet cooler for Socket AM2?

You could just buy a the largest cooler that will fit in the case and attach a good quiet fan to it. Most fans that come with heatsink are really poorly made and loud.

just to give you a better idea of what might fit, the case in my sig has about 190mm between the side pannels (not including the mobo and raisers). I have a CNPS9500 (92mm of CNPS9700) installed with about 2.5 maybe 3mm of clearance to the side panel. Newegg specs have this cooler at 125mm tall. I would bet your case with 170mm won't fit any 120mm heatsinks.

I think that your best bet is to find a heatsink that supports 92mm case fans and buy a fan that supports PWM (4-pin cpu connector) and can push over 40 cfm.

The Rosewill cooler looks good but from the reviews that i read I didn't see if you could mount it so that the air could be pushed towards your exhaust fan.
