Will this CPU work with this mobo?

Im planning to build a cheap backup system with a HD 3870

I know its a stupid question but im not sure about the Cpu type: "Celron DC"

why is this your backup system when it's better than the desktop in your sig?

I really dont know -.- Ill probably take the HD 3870 and put it in my main computer, and put the HD 2600XT in the backup
