Foxconn NF4K8AB-RS PX6200TC Socket 754 NVIDIA nForce4-4X ATX Motherboard/VGA

With this memory and CPU:

{Kingston ValueRAM 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) System Memory }

{AMD Sempron 64 2800+ Palermo 800MHz FSB 256KB L2 Cache Socket 754 Processor }

This set package is from Newegg, i want it for mild gaming and as a small business station.
Please let me know what you think...ie ....are there any real drawbacks to it.

Thanks , John

Foxconn makes a good no nonsense board. There isn't anything special about them but they don't cost a lot compared to other boards with 'bells and whistles'

For $115 i figured it would be ok , it's a package deal with the cpu noted above, I bought a combo from Tiger the first time ... next to no support at all, so this one came from Newegg , where is a good place to learn about the different mobo set-ups , SATA, RAID etc... i'm new to putting computers together, obvious right.

My board only came with the poster sized quick start directions, which seems to be all i need ...as long as i have no problems
