Hi, i´ve found an old computer in my house which works perfectly well, except that the graphics card in it is so old that it doesn´t support my wide screen lcd. The graphics card in it is ati 128 rage pro AGP with 16 mb memory 
. I want to upgrade the graphics card to a sapphire 2400 hd pro 512 mb AGP. That way i can set the 1440 x 960 resolution i need. The computer is an old dell optiplex gx240 with AGP and PCI ports. The sapphire card should work technically, because the motherboard is AGP 4x and the sapphire supports that i think. My question is just, will it fit in the chassi? I could have an open chassi if that makes anything easier. Is there any way to know if it will fit? could i remove the part of the chassi that is too small maybe? please help!
