I am thinking of purchasing a GTX560 ti along with an i5 2500 cpu and 8gb of ram. I am wondering if this would hold up for the next two years until my next upgrade, or should i hold out for a cpu/gpu that hasn't been released yet. The purpose of this build will be for video editing/rendering and a lot of playing new DX11 games.
will this hold up...

it would probably hold up at least two years if not longer, the Ti is a good card, as the cpu is solid too, just make sure you have a good powersupply that can hold up to them, from corsair or the like

hard call as to if you need to upgrade your PSU, i would be telling you to go for a 750W but the model you have at the moment if a nice one....
