Hey.

I am a somewhat seasoned pc gamer but don't really understand the specs and all that. My laptop has a 2.40 Ghz processor, HD graphics card, and plenty of memory. I bought bfbc2 a while back and tried it on my old laptop which had a kinda crappy video card and a 2.20 Ghz processor. It ran very laggy but that was when I did not know about resolution and all that. I don't care if I would have to run it on low I just really love that series. I think it can but well i'm not a genius about computers. So any help would be appreciated. Thx

Can you tell us more about the graphics card and how much memory?

it should be fine, any modern laptop should be able to play it relatively well, but more information will be helpful.

--Open System by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking System.

This will tell you your information about the system.

I doubt that he will be able to run it well.

No, any modern laptop will not run BFBC2. A acer with HD4250 and a Athlon II [email protected] would barely run it at low. Got around 5-7 FPS.

when he says "HD video" I assume he is meaning intel HD, in which case, no, your laptop will not run it. You will also need 3+ GBs of RAM to run it well.

Your laptop with Intel i3 and Intel HD is not great for any PC game that requirement 6600 GT or over. half life 2 and left4dead 2 should be able to running smooth.

However, the link you had given us that some information is not right. Intel HD don't have 1696 MB VRAM. It is called Memory Hyper (or something). Really Intel HD have 128 MB VRAM video card. 128 MB VRAM + 1568 MB RAM. It is similar to my experience. I have 9600 GT one GB and 8 GB RAM, how many memory for video card? 4 GB.

As far as i can tell. You can only play some game that requirement low-end video card class or that requirement 128 MB.
