Will this laptop run WoW well?

Most likely not. Even if you run it on low, it'll still lag like crazy.

Look at the 15" models. You get much more powerful for about the same cost with those. And as much as I hate to admit it, you probably should look at the AMD based models. They typically have the better intergrated graphics. Though I suspect a good i3 would run it fine. With some searching, you can find them for under $500.
I'm trying to recall for sure, but I believe the Lenovo Z570 I got my GF was $399 (i3-2xxx, 4GB RAM, 750GB HD). It runs Portal 2 quite well.

On that low of a budget, that one will be fine for wow, have a Samsung with that APU (though a better laptop) and it plays games. I would look at building a desktop, $400 can get you to max wow and med mw3.
