Have you thought about getting a pc spec'ed for your budget, then just assembling it yourself?

If you did, you could get 2500K , better memory, a much better power supply (which is very important), a better case unless you like that one, and maybe a SSD.

Do you mean Intel® Core™ i5-2500K Processor and would you recomend NZXT H2 Midi Tower

Yes, the 2500k. That case looks like it has some really good features.

When you say "about to order" ? Do you mean prebuilt or your buying the parts?

Have you considered buying the parts and just doing the easy assembly yourself?
Would probably save some $ or get better components for the same $.
Do you have an amount you don't want to exceed?

I think it's best for ME to get it assembled by the sellers. I've never assembled a computer before.

But if i just add the 2500k and the other chassi do you think I would be able to handle
Skyrim on highest graphics?

Pretty simple.

I was suggesting the 2500k if you were going to build it and it may not be worth the extra $ depending on how much they want. The 2400 or 2500k + 560Ti should max Skyrim np.

What ps brands do they offer? Corsair?

How much does the total system cost? If you don't mind me asking.

id highly suggest the 2500k. I believe that p8p67 has a option in the bios for "ez mode" overclocking.

Click of a button and you will be at about 4.3. I have had no problems myself

that ain't even worth 1030 usd, which is less money than that, you can build that for closer to 700 euros i think, might be 800 or 600 but somewhere in there.
