Source? Everything I can see shows higher power consumptions on the Ultra, as one would expect.

To the best of my knowledge, an 8800Ultra draws ~160W at peak load. A portion of that is provided through the PCI-E slot itself (actually, under the specification no more than 150W can be provided over 2 PCI-E connectors), so the Thermaltake PSU should suffice.

Other hardware? The Goodpower 500W should actually be sufficient for a single 8800 Ultra.
