Will this Power supply be compatible with my system?

My PSU is dying :( and i need a new one Budget is under 90 and i live in America of course.

Coolmaster 700w PSU (Current One)

CX600M (The one im thinking about getting)

Will it work with my build:

Case: Antec 200v2

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3

CPU: I5-2500k

Ram: IDK lol just 8 Gigabytes (4x2) but this isn't important anyway

HDD: WD Blue 1TB maybe be dying as well lol but thats a problem for another day

GPU: 6850 Single Slot (Loudest piece of crap in the world but gets the job done.)

Questions:

1.I overclock my GPU frequently so will this be enough or should i spring for 700W, and i may OC my cpu in the future as well.

2.Whats the difference between the CX600M and the CX600? Besides that one is modular.

3.Is the PSU quiet? I like quiet

Yeah, it will be fine with your setup. Your correct, one is just semi modular.
 
Well now it decides to go back to normal lol i'll give it sometime and maybe in the future i'll get it a new PSU but what i really want is a Fractal Define R4 :D
