Will this power supply do the job?

Taking all of the other components into account, I know the 430W should be enough, but what I am a little confused on is how the rails work and what I need. I was looking at the site's "PSU 101" guide and noticed that is said this video card's +12V Amperage should be 20A. Of course, I'm not quite sure what that means, but the PSU you saw previously said it had +12V@18A which I'm assuming is a rail and this means that the PSU is 2A short. I would like some clarification and would like to know if this PSU would work or if I need to find another one.

Yeah, the Xclio's are good but, you might like these Ultra modulars, too.

The X-Finity 500W/600W would be more than sufficient for your system if you'd like to keep the price down. The Thermaltake would (just) suffice, even though it's under the official recommendation, but frankly I wouldn't buy it. It's poor value for money.
