Will This Power Supply Work with this motherboard?

Yea .. any ATX power supply will work with any ATX mobo, except wen the power supply has a 20pin connector in that case u jst go 2 ur electronic shop and ask for a 20pin to 24pin convert there only like a few dollas .. but i'm sure that PSU is new so it'll have 24pins anyway .. and that mobo is AM2 so it'll definately be 24pin .. so yea .. u'll be fine..

I'm sure someone else will say something if i missed ne thing out .. but i don't think i did

^^ Yeah the only thing you have to worry about is the mobo connector. But, most newer psu's have a 24pin and you can remove the other 4pins from it.

I have been informed that a 20-pin power connector can be connected to a 24-pin power connector on a motherboard and that it will work with no issues.

With Gigabyte and the 24 pin power connector. Gigabyte usually puts a cap over 4 of the pins from the factory if the board is 20 pin compatible and that one, on newegg or Gigabyte doesnt shows the 4 pin cap.

See the cap on this one
