this PSU be strong enough to support x1900xt?

my PC specification is:
3.0 core dual ( not core 2 dual)
1 gb 800 mhz ram
2 hard drives 250 gb and a 60 gb
something else that use power would be the CPU fan and the case fan ( all below 120 MM)

do u guys think this will work ? thanks

I'd stay away from that one, rather get the Ultra XVS 600W which is far better and just 11$ more

Yeah, so what. It will work, my brother has a cheap 430W psu with:

Radeon X1950Pro
2 gb ram
Athlon 4600+
Asrock motherboard
Sound card

EDIT: And about 5 fans.

These components don't seem to eat up as much Wattage as i used to think.. I saw tests on Slizone with a Fx60, 2gb RAM, HDD plus 8800gts sli (and everything else) and the power consumption levels topped out over 300 only rarely.. I would think 400-500 but no.

well i bought that PSU is because before i asked people what PSU i should get and everybody suggest that one. so i just got that one and before it is slightly more expensive. so i guess that PSU will run my PC with no problem at all?

That cheaper one should be ok. It's duel rail and has a decent amount of amps on the 12v rails. I do think the wattage is a bit low, but you should be ok...
